CMO's begginer guide (pt. 2)

If you haven't read part 1, click here to read it first.

 Robust tamer

There are lots of Tamer stages, the hardest to achieve is the Robust one, it's available after Tamer Level 201. When you reach this stage, your character will be able to enter Sky Dungeon 1, Sky Dungeon 2 and Sky Dungeon 3. These maps not only offer you new leveling up places, but an exclusive dungeon (Royal Base) and new bosses.

In order to become Robust, you'll need to complete 5 different quests. Each quest you'll need to drop some items. Whenever you drop those items, talk to Jijimon in Baba's Land (30,38) or in Mud Village (47,85).

 Robust quest 1: Icy Plains

Robust quest 2: Wind Valley N

Robust quest 3: Labyrinth 2F

Robust quest 4: Dungeon of Darkness 2F

Robust quest 5: Labyrinth 3F e Wind Valley W

- x5 Diaboromon drops, Labyrinth 3F (77,17)

- x5 Anubismon drops, Labyrinth 3F (77,17)

Earning BIT and DP

This time, the recommendation is to sell items to players, instead of NPCs.

Kimera dungeon (Kaiser Fortress dungeon)

In order to do this dungeon, you'll need to drop 10 Evil Spirals for each pass, it's only possible to produce 5 passes per day. Evil Spirals can be dropped in Armor digimon, for examaple, Allomon or Raidramon. I recommend killing Raidramon in Flora Woods (46,29), it'll drop its digi-egg.

The digi-egg is important to enter this dungeon, since having an rookie armor evolution digimon is a requirement. I personally recommend Sepikmon, to make it you'll need a Digi-egg of Friendship and use it on your Armadillomon. Sepikmon is a good choice because of its decent DPS build, although you could choose any rookie armor digimon.

To make a armor evolution, you need to visit Bokomon in Baba's Land (68,45) or in Time Village (95,94) with the specific digi-egg in your inventory and one evolutor. Remember that not every armor evolution will succeed, as far as I know, the failure chance is around 70%.

To enter in the dungeon, set the armor digimon as leader and use your pass beside Digimon Kaiser in Underground 2F (95,20).

When you enter it, you'll need to kill 10 Mekanorimon waves, Devimon Boss, 5 Bakemon waves and Kimeramon Boss. When Kimeramon is defeated, you'll earn a box and be teleported automatically to Digital Heaven. This box may give you lots of items, for example, Shining Miracle Capsule, Data BM and Kimeramon parts, some of them may be sold if they're not X.

Royal Base

It's impossible to solo Royal Base as a begginer, so you'll need help from experienced players. To enter it, you'll need: a Robust Tamer, tamer level 301 and a Royal Base Key. To make one key, you'll need one drop from each deva, then take all of them to Dukemon in Sky Dungeon 2 (82,69).

Inside Royal Base there will be 3 different floors, the only one will need to navigate by yourself is the first one. I'll show you the map of the first one, so you may navigate it without much problem. The correct is order is: Lord Knightmon, Dynasmon, Alphamon and Omegamon.

You may drop some items in this dungeon, some of them are extremely rare and strong. If you don't own them yet, equip them, otherwise sell them to buy new pieces of equipment.

Royal Base Key

There is the possibility to sell Royal Base Keys to other players, this method is quite good because there's always players willing to do Royal Base, but they don't want to farm each deva.

Heroes
There are lots of digimons with the generic name of "heroes", when they're defeated, they'll die and respawn after some time. This respawn time may vary from digimon to digimon. They may drop lots of items, including their own cards.
These digimon will always respawn in the same map, but in different regions, so, in order to find them, you'll need to search actively. They are quite strong, so I recommend calling stronger players to help you hunt them in a party.

Farming normal cards
Besides farming hero cards, you may farm normal cards from Leader digimon. I recommend farming those who have jogress evolutions or special evolutions, for example, Slayerdramon, Piedmon or Machinedramon. The reason is that jogress and special evolutions have low success percentage and will, most of the time, fail, so the game economy will always need new cards for new tries.

How to sell items

Personal shop
One interesting aspect of CMO is the personal shop. You may sell items in DP or BIT. To sell items, do the following steps:
1st Put the item which you want to sell in the first inventory slot

2nd Type ".regitem <dp> <bit>" in the normal chat without the quotation marks and changing "<dp>" and "<bit>" for the desired price (notice that if you use a 0 as a price, the item will not show up in the specific shop
Example: .regitem 100 0

In the image below, you may see the item price and a quantity. The price is set as 1 because I'm checking my own shop, if another player checks it, it'll show the original price. The quantity may sign two different things: a real quantity or the time left on the item. In the case of this Luxury Ugg Boots it was time left, it had 24 days os usage before vanishing.
Other thing we may do with personal shops is buying items from other players. In order to do this, you need to type ".dpshop <player name>" for DP shop or ".bshop <player name>" for BIT shop. Besides that, you may find every open shop in CMO Assistant in the Consigment Shop tab.

 Discord's Market
In CMO's official Discord server, you may sell or buy items in an specific tab. Remember to always say your shop command, since your in-game name may differ from your Discord name.

Using shout
Shout is a chat that everyone online at the server may read in real time, this may help you sell/buy items faster and was the best way to trade things before the personal shop was implemented.

How to keep track of items' prices

You should keep an eye for prices whenever you try to sell or buy something, because there are some player who are willing to sell higher than normal and buy lower than normal. The best way to keep track of the best prices is doing a item list with prices and player names, I recommend you using a text editing software like Word. This way, you'll be able to know the lowest price at that time and still return to the specific shop without any problem.
    Example:

Item name
DP
Player name Price
BIT
Player name Price

Lalamon TFU
DP
Sotin 100
BIT
Sotin 200.000.000

Tamer items

The following images show mid game items ranked from cheapest to priciest.
Starting with jewelry, this set is called Brilliant Yggdrasil Set. This set is better than the +10 begginer one, when you have the set bonus on (only available when equiping the three pieces simultaneosly)
Second priority is capsules, there are 9 different types of each one. They'll give a bonus to their specific attribute, for example, the Gold Virus Capsule will give +100 HP for each Virus digimon that you own while this item is equiped. The color in this case is not important, so but the cheapest ones.

As third priority, I recommend you buying crests. The priority is to buy Omega Crests, because they give you a decent amount of Attack, HP and Battle Level. If your begginer items haven't expired yet, keep using Crest of Courage +10 until their time is over.

As an additional step, you may buy D-ark of Summon. It'll give you 31 Card Slash and allow you to summon a fourth digimon into battle. If you don't have any digimon in mind, I recommend capturing an Agumon.

Digimon items
There are several digimon items which may strengthen them, for example, cards, digicores and capsule trait. I'll talk about capsule traits here.
Capsule triats are divided in attack, support and defense, they're equipable after your digimon reaches level 71. There are thre different stages of some traits (low, mid and high) each one gives an specific intensity to its bonus.

In order to equip them, you'll need to talk to Kali (88,98) in Time Village. Set your desired level 71 digimon as the leader and use the "Add a trait" option.

The first priority is Efficiente Attack Low, this will allow you to kill some V and E digimon faster, since your F2 and F3 skills will become AoE and behave similarly to Gold Drills. I recommend using this item on Ryudamon. This will help you farm faster at Sky Dungeon 1.
The second priority is Vaccine Killer High, this will allow you to increase your damage against VACCINE type digimon. I recommend using it on Renamon. This will help you farm faster at Sky Dungeon 2 and Sky Dungeon 3.
I recommend buying Provocation for your Armadillomon too. This capsule trait will make every enemy Unit attack focus on the Provocation user, so your other digimon may use Data Overload freely and still survive. It's important to notice that, in CMO, enemies won't use their F2, so, the only skill that matters is F3, if the enemy F3 is Unit, you'll be safe.

Leveling up

Now that your tamer is Robust, you mau level up alone or with someone helping you.

Leveling up alone
From now on, every journey is different from each other, because some may have stronger items. Because of this, I'll not say which level you need to kill the next mob, you should check whenever possible if you're already capable of doing so.
Digimon in Sky Dungeon may drop lots of items, I recommend you gathering: Digimon's Blessing; Item Booster; Antibody-X; Royal Knights Force, Berserk Sword, Gold Drill and Demon's Descent; Blue Capture Net if you're willing to get another digimon; Digicode; Unstable Data Fragments.
To start off, Indramon Lv. 96 (99,186) in Sky Dungeon 1 is a great option, since its attribute is weak against Ryudamon attribute and will be easily killed with Effective Attack Low and 100%, 60% and 50% battle cards.

In second place, Indramon Lv. 96 (102,16) in Sky Dungeon 1 may be the next step if you feel strong enough to kill it. It's the same level of the last one, but this time this digimon is E, instead of V.

In third place, Alphamon Lv. 100 (132, 175) in Sky Dungeon 2 is a another great option. It's a VACCINE digimon, so, it'll be weaker to Sakuyamon with its Vaccine Killer High capsule trait. All of its attacks are Unit, so, calling a Shakkoumon with Provocation will help your digimon survive with only 1 HP.
The best way to kill this monster is setting Sakuyamon as Leader and summoning Shakkoumon first. After this, you need to start attacking with Sakuyamon while Shakkoumon summon the last digimon or the last two digimon. This will help dish out more damage off of Alphamon while you set up your battle team.

In order to enter Sky Dungeon 3, you'll need 25 Unstable Data Fragments and talk to Jijimon (82,9) in Sky Dungeon 3.

In Sky Dungeon 3, you'll find lots of digimon, Magnamon being one of them. The specific Magnamon which we are looking for is Lv. 107 (69,84). It's weak against Sakuyamon.

Leveling up with someone
Leveling up with someone is way faster, because there are no level requirements to share experience. So, you may level up someone with level 71 digimon while using a level 130 digimon. Because of this, if someone is willing to level you up, farm 25 Unstable Data Fragments and go to Sky Dungeon 3 as soon as possible. This way, they'll help you reach level 100 really fast and you'll be able to play the late game sooner. I recommend you level up both Ryudamon and Sakuyamon, if you can't do both, choose Sakuyamon.

Digicode

Digicode is an item that you may drop from digimon ranging from V to L stages. They may be exchanged for other items in ".eventmap" in several NPCs. Remember: to exit ".eventmap", you'll need to use the ".exit" command.
One of the most important Digicodes is the V one, since you may exchange it for a Deva Aura in Vegiemon (38,99)

    Have fun playing!
